28th Amendment
- 28th Amendment - Voting Authenticity
- In order to allow for the accurate and authentic counting of United States Government elected officials, constitutional amendments, and national vote of confidence, it is hereby required that all eligible age voting persons submit their vote as a requirement of their Federal Income Tax submission and no later than a postmarked or digital date of April 15.
- All votes are to be verified as matching the Social Security number and age submitted on the tax documents.
- After verfication to tax documents all votes are to be physically and digitally transmitted to each State for authentication with each individual.
- Each State is to implement multi factor authentication methods of verification of vote choice and authentication of voter.
- After State authentication the vote is calculated and the State voter registration log is updated if applicable.
29th Amendment
- 29th Amendment - Senate Term Limits
- Max 2 - 6 year terms
- Nationwide Vote Of Confidence (VOC) at year 4 of first elected term
- If national VOC is less than state VOC, senator has max of 1 term
30th Amendment
- 30th Amendment - House Term Limits
- Max 3 - 4 year terms
- Nationwide Vote Of Confidence (VOC) at year 2 of first elected term
- If national VOC is less than district VOC, representative has max of 2 terms
31st Amendment
- 31st Amendment - Supreme Court
- All changes to the number of Supreme Court Justices to be ratified by a Constitutional Amendment.
- This Amendment hereby expands the total number of Supreme Court Justices to 13.
- Presidential nomination of Supreme Court candidate is to take place within 30 days of vacancy.
- Senate is required to vote on candidate within 30 days of nomination.
- Allow two additional justices per presidential term until 13 total is reached
- One addition in first two years
- One addition in last two years
- First nominee must secure 55 senate votes.
- If nominee does not secure 55 senate votes, process starts again and second nominee must recieve 60 senate votes.
- If second nominee does note secure 60 senate votes, process starts again and third nominee must recieve 70 senate votes.
- If third nominee does not recieve 70 senate votes, the first nominee is automatically confirmed to the Supreme Court.
- Nominee's must be a sitting federal judge or have previously argued a case in the Supreme Court.
- Nominee's can not have a previously been convicted of any assualt or felony's.
32nd Amendment
- 32nd Amendment - Universal Right
- All peoples, regardless of Race, Gender, Religious Beliefs, Sexual Orientation or Income Class, are guaranteed full human equality and freedom from personal discrimination as well as legislative isolation by Federal or State government.
33rd Amendment
- 33rd Amendment - Freedom of Treatment
- All peoples, regardless of Race, Gender, Religion Beliefs, Sexual Orientation or Income Class are guaranteed full and complete right to initiate or refuse any treatment related to that persons body or mind.
- All peoples are the sole authority of their genetic material and has full right to refuse any storage or retainment of genetic information.
- The authority for initiation or refusal of any treatment related to the body or mind of a person under the age of 18 years lies with the biological or legal parents
- No governmental enitity is allowed to be the legal authority of any person regardless of age.

- Every child under 18 years of age has a credit card based CDA
- From birth a monthly state funded amount is deposited into the account
- Baseline of 2 children per household, starting monthly deposit of $900 per child, max household of $1,800
- All current households are grandfathered in to this policy and will receive $900 per child, after a period of 9 months from signing of this bill, no additional monthly dollars will be provided to the household for additional children
- Monies can be used for licensed day care facilities or licensed education facilities
- Monies can be used for accredited educational facilities
- Parents have option to deposit additional dollars into the account at any time
- Parents deposits can be invested in index funds after $5,000 is accumulated
- Parents have choice to use the state funded dollars or not
- After a 5 year period of unused state dollars, state dollars begin to be refunded back to the state on a monthly basis for families above 15% of the local median income
- CDA is open for additional funding from the federal government to be determined by the US Congress
- Health Development Account (HDA)
- Every state citizen, adult or child, is issued a credit card based HDA
- From birth an isolated state funded amount of $180 per month is deposited into the account for use at any licensed counsellor or therapist
- From birth an isolated state funded amount of $75 per month is deposited into the account for use with medical expenses, including treatment, insurance premiums, copayments, deductibles, medication, medical supplies and equipment
- Every citizen can deposit additional monies into the HDA
- Citizen deposits can be invested in index funds after $5,000 is accumulated
- Citizen deposits are guaranteed monies with no expiration or forfeiture date
- Adults or Guardians of children have choice to use the state funded dollars or not
- After a 5 year period of unused state dollars, state dollars begin to be refunded back to the state on a monthly basis for families above 15% of the local median income
- HDA is open for additional funding from the federal government to be determined by the US Congress

- Utilisation of open standards for all health care services digital records, including diagnosis, treatment and medications
- Child Advocate Services
- Elderly Advocate Services
- Transportation Services
- Emergency Services
